Designed to support female health

Nu Zi Gong is an ancient form of Qi Gong specifically developed to nourish and
support feminine energy and health. Through gentle, harmonizing movements,
focused breathing, and healing self-massage, both body and mind are invited to relax
and return to balance.
The session begins with a warm-up that promotes energy flow and encourages inner
calmness. This is followed by a self-massage of the chest and abdominal area,
supporting the uterus and digestion. Various emotional points are also addressed,
specific zones where blockages may be held. In Chinese medicine, emotional
wellbeing is deeply connected to physical health, and is therefore an essential part of
this practice.

For who?

For all women! It can be used both preventively and to help alleviate certain
symptoms.
The movements can be particularly helpful for fertility issues, hormonal imbalances,
menstrual disorders, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopausal complaints.
To ensure these effects, it is important to practice the exercises regularly at home.
Therefore, during the workshops, special attention is given to remembering the
movements. Handouts and videos are also provided to support home practice.
For this reason, the workshop is not offered on a weekly basis but instead through
longer sessions (at least 2 to 3 hours), so there is enough time to learn and repeat
everything thoroughly.

Dr. Liu Ya Fei

Nu Zi Gong was created by Dr. Liu Ya Fei, who is the director of one of the largest
medical qi gong centers in China. Patients from all over the world are treated there
with medical qi gong, and a lot of scientific research is conducted into the effects of qi
gong on health.
The form she practices is called Nei Yang Gong, which stems from the Daoyin
tradition.
Later, she developed Qi Gong for Women to address women’s specific needs more
precisely. For both practices, she uses the same extensive warm-up.
