The Integrated Holistic Treatment, or total treatment, is a soothing journey where acupuncture, Taoist abdominal massage, Qi Gong and Rebozo flow together as one.
A treatment that not only relaxes, but also supports physical health, emotional release and deep restoration. Each person is approached through the holistic lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
You may choose a solo session or a duo experience.
This gift voucher can be offered for a birthday, celebration or postpartum gift, but also in moments of loss, miscarriage, abortion, or other challenging emotional periods.

The treatment is always a combination of methods to enhance one another. One may help the body become receptive to another. When the nervous system softens, deeper healing becomes possible. Most sessions end with acupuncture, to integrate and support the overall effect.
If it is your first session, we begin with a short conversation, followed by pulse and tongue diagnosis.
Based on that, I create a personalised treatment, attuned to your needs, rhythm and preferences.
You are always welcome to indicate where more or less focus is desired.

In duo sessions, we usually begin with simple Qi Gong movements together. Then, one person receives acupuncture while the other enjoys organ massage or Rebozo, and vice versa.
